Due to the coronavirus, the world as we know it has changed quite suddenly, and most of us are experiencing a complete change in our daily schedule. Take a moment to know that you are not alone in this, and I have completely adapted my working practices in order to support those who feel safer at home.
Especially in the midst of a global pandemic, it can become hard to take care of yourself, let alone stay motivated for an entire yoga class. Live yoga classes are designed to give you a safe space to breath, move, and walk away feeling refreshed and confident. Being in a community space will help you to stay motivated, keep present, and connect with likeminded people.
