Weekly Group Yoga Classes

My Yoga Classes suit all levels of ability, from yoga beginners to advanced practitioners, each class is designed to be accessible to all bodies and minds. Each yoga class pays attention to mindfulness, meditation and asanas (yoga poses), building a deeper body awareness, increasing flexibility, fitness, and strength. Learn to challenge yourself in a safe and nurturing environment that encourages personal and physical growth regardless of your goal. Mica is registered with the main governing body for the Yoga Industry 'Yoga Alliance', Mica is also outdoor and at work first-aid-trained, DBS checked, with an additional recognised qualifications in 'Yoga for Injuries', 'Chair Yoga', and 'Yoga for Special People'.
