Private yoga with me isn’t about following a set sequence or trying to fit your body into a fixed idea of what a practice should look like. It’s built around you.

Over the past 10 years of working one-to-one with clients, I’ve learned that what people say they want on the surface often isn’t the full picture. You might come wanting to get stronger, more flexible, or to ease pain, but underneath that there’s usually something more personal driving it. My role is to really understand both, and shape the practice around your goals as well as those underlying needs.

Every session is designed from scratch. I’m not pulling from a generic plan or repeating the same class, I’m responding to you, how you’re feeling that day, and what your body actually needs. That might mean building strength and stability, slowing things right down, or creating space for you to reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe and manageable.

The focus is always on meeting you where you are. No pushing, no performing, no expectation to be anywhere other than where you are right now. Over time, that’s where real, sustainable change happens, because the practice is working with you, not against you.
